Your Role

  • Develop and implement a Quality Action Plan to promote a „Right First Time” culture.
  • Drive continuous improvement to reduce non-conformities and safety issues.
  • Lead and develop quality teams across the country.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems (QMS) and certifications (e.g., IRIS, ISO).
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through surveys and product delivery controls.
  • Conduct internal audits and update quality processes.

About You

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Experience with QMS and continuous improvement tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Knowledge of quality certifications (e.g., IRIS, ISO, CMMI).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Leadership certification or team management experience is a plus.
