We recruit, legalize, and support employment. We provide stable staffing support for your business
Hiring workers from Asia is an increasingly popular way to fill staffing gaps in the Polish labor market. Asian workers, especially those from countries such as Bangladesh, India, Nepal, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Vietnam, come to work in Poland because wages in the country are much more attractive to them than in their home labor markets.
Employing Asian workers brings many benefits to Polish companies facing growing staffing demands in manufacturing, logistics, food processing, and other industries. However, it is important to remember that both recruitment and legalization of residence and work for people from far Asian countries require employers to know the law and be properly prepared.
Therefore, many companies, instead of hiring employees themselves, choose to use the support of temporary employment agencies specializing in this area.
Recruiting workers from Asia requires not only knowledge of Polish regulations regarding the employment of foreigners but also skillful navigation of the local Asian labor market. Proper communication, selecting recruitment channels for target groups, and supporting candidates with completing formalities are just the beginning.
Legalizing the work of non-EU employees is a key element of the employment process. At Personnel Service, we provide full support in obtaining:
We carry out each stage in accordance with applicable laws, ensuring the safety of both employers and employees. Legalizing the work of foreign nationals requires thorough knowledge of legal regulations and administrative procedures, which is why our temporary employment agency handles all formalities. This allows employers seeking employees to fully focus on company development, confident that the entire hiring process is conducted legally.
With many years of experience in specialized recruitment and employing non-EU workers, and numerous projects completed for manufacturing, logistics, and service companies, we fully understand the needs of the labor market. Poland needs employees, and we provide the best candidates meeting all requirements. Our procedures are optimized to minimize risk and ensure high-quality candidates.

The first step in collaborating with a temporary employment agency when hiring Asian employees is a detailed analysis of the company's staffing needs. Together with the employer, we determine which positions need to be filled, what qualifications are required, and the number of employees needed. The temporary employment agency also assists in analyzing legal requirements related to employing non-Polish workers, especially regarding work legalization.
At this stage, a recruitment schedule is established, taking into account the time needed to complete all formalities. The next step is preparing the necessary documentation required in the subsequent stages of the process.
After determining the employment details, the agency begins sourcing candidates in Asian countries. Personnel Service has a wide network of contacts and experience in cross-border recruitment, allowing effective identification of suitable candidates for Polish companies. Candidate qualifications and experience are verified to ensure they meet job requirements. Checking foreign language proficiency is another important step.
It should be noted that employees coming to work in Poland from distant Asian countries are unlikely to speak Polish. Usually, English or Spanish proficiency is verified. Then we organize interviews with candidates to better understand their motivation, skills, and readiness to work in Poland.
After selecting candidates, the temporary employment agency handles all formalities related to legalizing the work and residence of foreign employees in Poland. We prepare the necessary documents to obtain work permits and visas. The agency assists the employer (or, in the case of employee leasing and process outsourcing, takes over) with the entire administrative process, enabling the legal employment of Asian workers.
Additionally, Personnel Service supports employees during relocation, organizing transport, accommodation, and other formalities to ensure comfort for employees coming to work in Poland.
The final stage of collaboration concerns onboarding and adapting employees to their new workplace. Personnel Service assists candidates with organizing transport from Asian countries to Poland and helps with accommodation to ensure comfortable conditions at the start of their stay. We participate in adaptation training and onboarding sessions to help Asian employees familiarize themselves with the Polish labor market, job requirements, and work culture.
We also provide support during the first days, weeks, and months of work, helping employees adapt more easily to new conditions, which contributes to their quick integration into work and achieving expected performance.
