For one of our clients, and as part of its strategic expansion in Ukraine, we are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to strengthen regional presence and drive business development. This role includes full responsibility for regional sales performance, distribution network development, and long-term customer partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and margin targets in line with company strategy
  • Develop and expand cooperation with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners
  • Acquire new customers and maintain long-term business relationships
  • Conduct product presentations, technical trainings, and commercial negotiations
  • Identify new sales channels, growth areas, and market opportunities
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Propose and manage discount strategies and credit limits within company policy
  • Monitor payment reliability and support debt collection processes
  • Implement promotional and marketing actions tailored to the regional market
  • Manage regional expense budget and sales forecasts
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs, and industry events

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales
  • Experience in the sanitary / plumbing / installation / building materials sector (mandatory)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Results-driven with strong analytical capabilities
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Native Ukrainian
  • Fluent Russian and English
  • Driving license (Category B)
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
